Island Lettings are an independent letting agent that successfully handles hundreds of properties Island-wide. The company has over 25 years experience in residential letting and property management on the Island which is overseen by the Managing Director Mark Burton.

There are complex laws relating to the letting of residential property and it is therefore of paramount importance that your letting agent is a professional organisation, fully versed on current legislation from the initial marketing phase through to dealing with legal repossession proceedings.
