As a reputable local house builder, I always like to go the extra mile and ensure my homes are built to the highest standard and specification. With Woodlands, I took it a step further and really went for the luxury finish these houses deserve. The kitchen for instance is kitted out with appliances including an American fridge/freezer, wine cooler, and a Range cooker. The lounge has a solid oak floor and wood burning stove and all the doors and staircase are solid oak. From the first floor, the views over Sandown Bay are incredible. There are lots of hidden extras like under floor heating the electric garage door and I am positive any new owner will not be disappointed with this house. I am happy to make a contribution of £5,000 towards the cost of floor coverings.
